Storyteller for Kindergarten

ELF paid for a professional storyteller to come to SSES during the week of the Kindergarten “Pow Wow.” The storyteller was from the Connecticut Storyteller Center. The storyteller assembled all the kindergarteners and performed an oral dramatization of Native American lore for about one hour. The story also had an environmentally-conscious message. This assembly was one of the two cornerstones of the “Pow Wow” week.
