| ELF was proud to honor Chris Poulos,
Spanish teacher at Joel Barlow High School and the 2006 CT Teacher
of the year. "As teachers we are more successful, because our
focus in on how students learn and the strategies that help them to
be successful. By embracing technology, teachers are changing with
the kids rather than holding them back from the valuable resources
