Bernadette Waterman, PresidentBernadette has been ELF President since June 2008, prior to that she served as ELF Treasurer. In her previous work experience, she was a CPA at various public accounting firms. Bernadette has been an Easton resident since 2004. She has three children; her oldest graduated from Easton schools, and her other two are current Easton students. |

Fred Tencic, Vice PresidentFred joined the ELF board in 2010. He served as Treasurer through 6/11 and Vice President since July 2011; he is also on the Board of Directors of Easton AYSO. Fred is a licensed CPA currently working at a private equity firm in New York City, and he previously held various roles including CFO and COO at various hedge funds and also PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has lived in Easton since 2002, and has three children in the Easton schools. |

Claire-Anne Meskers, SecretaryClaire-Anne joined the ELF board in 2010 and has served as Secretary since July 2011. Her previous work experience includes working as a regional sales manager for the New York metropolitan area for a national communications company. Claire-Anne has lived in Easton since 2005, and she has three children attending the Easton schools. |

Don Landry, TreasurerDon joined the ELF board in 2009 and has served as Treasurer since July 2011. He is employed at GE as AVP, Risk Analytics. Don has lived in Easton since 1993 and has two children attending the Easton schools. |

Margot Abrams, Assistant TreasurerMargot Abrams Board member since February 2012. She has served on the Region 9 Board of Education and has held leadership positions for the Easton Garden Club, Friends of the Library, PTA at SSES, Keller and Barlow, and Hadassah. Margot has a background in education and finance. She previously directed a bilingual program for the city of Bridgeport and managed Total Quality Management for Chase CT. Margot has lived in Easton with her husband and son (who attends JBHS) since 1995. She owns Home and Garden Design Solutions, focusing on landscape and floral design as well as organization for the home and business |

Alison Bonds, Board MemberAlison is employed as a biomedical research administrator at Yale University. She also serves as a Director of New Samaritan Corporation, and previously served as President of Community Mediation Inc. Alison has lived in Easton since 1992 and has one child attending Easton schools. She joined the ELF board in July 2011. |

Vincent Caprio, Board MemberVincent has been on the ELF board since 2010, and is also on the Board of Trustees for the Easton Community Center. Vincent is a recognized advocate for science and technology (www.vincentcaprio.org). He is one of the foremost advocates for government funding of emerging technologies at both the state and federal levels. Vincent is the Executive Director of the NanoBusiness Alliance (www.nanobusiness.org), and he co-founded The Water Innovations Alliance (www.waterinnovations.org). Vincent is an Easton resident with one daughter currently attending Easton schools. |

Phillip Essenhigh, Board MemberPhillip has been a member of the ELF board since 2009, and he has also been on the Board of Directors of Homes with Hope (www.ihawestport.com) for the past eight years. He has been in the metals industry for 30 years. Phillip has lived in Easton since 2005 and has one child, currently attending Easton schools. |

Todd Johnston, Board MemberTodd joined the ELF board in 2010. Todd is a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Financial Services Advisory practice based in Stamford, Connecticut. During his 17 years of consulting, Todd has worked globally with clients across the financial services industry including banking, insurance and capital markets. Todd has been an Easton resident since 2008 and has three young children; the oldest two are attending Easton schools. |

Matt LoGuercio, Board MemberMatt joined the ELF board in 2011. After a career in the legal world he started his own new media film and tv production company. He is a board member of the Easton Community Center and Mikeys Way Foundation. He has lived in Easton since 7/09 and has one child attending the Easton Schools. |

Teri Lenhart, Assistant TreasurerTeri is an Xray Technologist and was previously Manager of an MRI facility at Waterbury Hospital. She has also worked as a marketing director for a clinical laboratory and a pharmaceutical sales representative for Squibb Diagnostics. Teri presently devotes her time to volunteering in the Easton school system and at St Vincent’s Medical Center. She has lived in Easton since 1996 and has two children attending Easton schools. Teri joined the ELF board as Assistant Treasurer in 2011. |

Jennifer Luckart, Board MemberJennifer has been a member of the ELF board since 2008. She is employed as a school based Speech-Language Pathologist. Jennifer has lived in Easton since 2007 and has two children attending the Easton schools. |

Karen O’Brien, Board MemberKaren is a founding member of ELF and served as Vice President from 2004–2009. Currently, she remains an active board member of ELF. In her previous work experience, she was the Manager of Events Planning for Pitney Bowes Corp. in Stamford. Karen has lived in Easton since 1998, and she has two children in the Easton schools. |

Gabriel Rossi, Board MemberGabriel joined the ELF board in 2010, after serving as an ELF advisor for several years. He is presently the Sr. Associate Director for Curriculum at the Yale School of Management. He has worked as an Instructional Designer at both Yale and Columbia, and has consulted on a variety of educational plans and projects for museums, hospitals, not-for-profits and school districts. Gabriel has resided in Easton since 2002, and has one son attending Easton schools. |

Kiko Teed, Board MemberKiko joined the ELF board in 2011. Her previous work experience includes teaching high school English. She and her husband, Geoff, have lived in Easton since 2003 and they have two children attending the Easton schools. |
